Method
- Shred the cooked chicken in a large bowl.
- Add the chopped lettuce, diced bell pepper, corn, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over the ingredients, add taco seasoning to taste, and toss gently to combine.
- Serve in individual bowls or on a large platter.
