Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Remove the pan from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Whisk in the eggs and vanilla, then stir in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into squares.
