Method
- In a small bowl, add honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper. Mix until combined.
- Place peeled and deveined shrimp into a bowl. Add one-third of the sauce.
- Whisk cornstarch into the reserved marinade. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet or wok over high heat. Add olive oil and broccoli, then season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until soft. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add butter to the skillet. Add shrimp, discarding any marinade. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add the reserved sauce and bring to a low-medium simmer. Cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the broccoli and toss until heated through. Serve over rice or pasta.

Ingredient Swap: I've often swapped the broccoli for asparagus or even green beans when I'm out of florets.
