Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice. Brush the mixture over each fillet.
- In another bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle this topping over the salmon.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a golden-brown crust.
