  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese

How to Make Baked Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
  1. Spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice and place them butter-side down on a baking sheet.
  2. Layer the cheese onto the unbuttered side of the bread slices.
  3. Place the remaining bread slices on top with the buttered side facing up.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes, flip each sandwich, and continue toasting until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
