Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard any leftover marinade, and place it in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C), flipping halfway through.
  6. During the last few minutes of cooking, brush the remaining marinade on top of the chicken for added flavor.
  7. Let rest briefly before slicing and serving.
