Ingredients
  

  • 1 block tofu
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups broccoli

Method
 

  1. Cube the tofu.
  2. Coat the tofu with cornstarch.
  3. Sear until crisp.
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients.
  5. Pour over the tofu.
  6. Simmer until sticky.
  7. Warm the rice.
  8. Steam the broccoli.
  9. Assemble the bowls.
