Ingredients

  • 22.9 ounces sirloin (or your steak of choice) trimmed of visible fat and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • pinch red chili flakes (optional)
  • low calorie spray
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic (or lazy garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped (and additional to garnish)

Method

  1. Place steak pieces in a bowl. Add paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and a pinch of red chili flakes. Toss until evenly coated with seasonings.
  2. Spray the seasoned steak pieces with low-calorie cooking spray. Toss again to ensure an even coating.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 5 minutes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned steak pieces on the air fryer grill plate. Air fry for 6 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through.
  5. Remove the cooked steak pieces from the air fryer. Take out the grill plate, but leave the juices in the basket to use for the sauce.
  6. Return the cooked steak bites to the air fryer. Add minced garlic, butter, and parsley. Toss to coat the steak bites in the flavor mixture. Air fry for an additional 1-2 minutes to absorb flavors.
  7. Sprinkle more fresh parsley over the dish. Season with additional salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve your delicious steak bites with your favorite sides and enjoy.
