  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into uniform 1-inch cubes to ensure even cooking.
  3. Toss sweet potato cubes in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until thoroughly coated.
