Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups (480 ml) cooked chicken breast sliced or shredded
  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch
  • 2 cups (480 ml) chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) croutons optional, lightly crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25 ml) black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix the chicken, romaine, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and black pepper in a bowl and toss gently.
  2. Heat the tortillas in a skillet for 10 to 15 seconds on each side.
  3. Place the filling in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom up.
  5. Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
