Ingredients
  

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 zucchini
  • 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and onion.
  2. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 5-7 hours or on high for 2.5-3 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Stir in the sliced zucchini. Cover and cook on high for 60 minutes, until the zucchini is tender.
  5. Top the meal with shredded Parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on low until the cheese melts.
  6. Serve and enjoy the chicken.
