Ingredients
  

  • 4 flour tortillas 6 inches
  • 1 pound (450 g) lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 small onion diced
  • Dill pickle chips
  • Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup (240 ml) mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons (60 ml) pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7.5 ml) white vinegar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions.
  2. Spread one portion of beef evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the tortilla meat-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and top with cheese.
  6. Continue cooking for 1-3 minutes until the tortilla is crispy.
  7. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
  8. Assemble the tacos with Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onions, and pickles.
