Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes peeled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly grease the basket with avocado oil, olive oil, or non-stick spray.
  2. Peel the sweet potatoes if desired and cut them into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
  3. Combine the sweet potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the sweet potato cubes to the air fryer and cook for 10–12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and serve.

Notes

Garlic Powder: Do not use minced garlic instead of garlic powder. You can use onion powder if needed.
