Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly grease the basket with avocado oil, olive oil, or non-stick spray.
- Peel the sweet potatoes if desired and cut them into 1-inch bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the sweet potatoes, olive oil, and seasonings in a large mixing bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the sweet potato cubes to the air fryer and cook for 10–12 minutes until tender and slightly crispy, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove the sweet potatoes from the air fryer and serve.

Notes
Garlic Powder: Do not use minced garlic instead of garlic powder. You can use onion powder if needed.
Storing Leftovers: Store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Reheating Leftovers: To reheat in the microwave, place sweet potato cubes in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 30 - 75 seconds until warm. To reheat in the air fryer, place them in a preheated air fryer for 2 - 4 minutes at 350°F.
