  • 2 cups (480 ml) cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) blue cheese crumbles optional
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream
  • celery sticks and tortilla chips for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo hot sauce, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese in a mixing bowl, stirring until the mixture is well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining shredded cheese and optional blue cheese crumbles.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the dip is bubbly and the top has turned golden.
  5. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot alongside celery sticks and tortilla chips.
