Ingredients
  

  • 4 filets skinless salmon 6-ounce each, diced into 1-inch chunks
  • olive oil spray
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving
  • chopped parsley for garnish
  • brown rice optional for serving

Method
 

  1. Put the salmon in a large bowl and spritz it with oil.
  2. Mix all the spices from the paprika to the black pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Apply the spice mixture evenly over the salmon.
  4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray.
  5. Arrange the salmon in the basket and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve the salmon with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes
