Method
- Put the salmon in a large bowl and spritz it with oil.
- Mix all the spices from the paprika to the black pepper in a small bowl.
- Apply the spice mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil spray.
- Arrange the salmon in the basket and air fry at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking halfway, until browned and cooked through.
- Serve the salmon with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.

Notes
Spice Level: If you are sensitive to heat, I suggest cutting the cayenne pepper in half because that blackened flavor still shines through beautifully without the heavy kick.
Basket Spacing:
I always make sure to leave space between the cubes in the air fryer basket: if they touch, they tend to steam rather than get that crisp, blackened exterior I love.
Leftover Storage: When I have leftovers, I store them in an airtight container for up to two days and I actually prefer eating them cold over a salad
