Notes

*Both standard Instant pudding mix and the sugar-free and fat-free version work for this recipe.
**Protein powder is 100% optional! It’s just for added protein and isn’t required for texture or flavor.
Greek yogurt: 2% Greek yogurt is what we use most often in testing, but 0% had great results too! Plain skyr yogurt can be used instead. If using sweetened yogurt, you can skip the addition of maple syrup (or add only to taste).
  • Vegan/dairy free: Swap the yogurt for coconut yogurt, and the protein powder for your favorite plant-based version.
  • Gluten-free: Swap the graham cracker crumbs for a gluten-free version.

Different flavors: I’ve made this recipe with many different types of fruit! It works best with berries, and either fresh or frozen can be used.
  • Raspberry
  • Blueberry
  • Cherry
  • Blackberry

Can I use frozen fruit? If using frozen fruit it should be thawed first, or it can be heated in the microwave in 15-20 second intervals.
