  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Napa Valley olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear it in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring until combined and heated through.
  7. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice, sliced steak, broccoli, and carrots.
  8. Drizzle the garlic cream sauce over the top and serve.
