  • 4 tablespoons butter 60 grams, melted
  • 2 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Napa Valley olive oil for coating

Method
 

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry.
  2. Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the cubed salmon, toss to coat, and let marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  6. Arrange the salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
